Keith! This is awesome. I couldn’t agree more with using humor and I like your point #6 the best – it’s about not taking yourself too seriously.
We can take the work at hand seriously, but we shouldn’t take ourselves seriously. Thanks for pointing me over here.

Can I start the bidding with a speech on the subject of how America was the room of free-enterprise, and that contrasted America to the economies of old-Europe. It contained the gem: “The French don’t even have a word for ‘Entrepreneur’.”
